JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Along with other employees in the External Management team, you will ensure that Byggebo's external and some internal properties are maintained carefully. Some preventive and corrective maintenance as well as rounds should also be performed on our properties.

The working hours are during the day with snow preparedness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of property maintenance
• Driving license B
• Extensive experience in driving and handling smaller loaders/tool carriers and other landscape maintenance machines
• Good knowledge of gardening
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills as we work in the maintenance system Vitec.

Competency Requirements

Gardening education at high school/KY/YH, landscaping work, or other practical experience that the employer assesses as equivalent to the competency requirement.
